Hi! I’m Allison Clark & am the director of 323 Training Academy. I am a mother of two young girls and wife to a former youth & worship pastor. I grew up in the Triway School District, where I was a 4 year Varsity Starter, 3 time All-Ohio setter, 3 time PAC 7 Player of the Year, 3 Year First Team District IV & District IV Player of the Year. I graduated a semester early to fulfill my full ride scholarship to Bowling Green State University, where I started as a true freshman in 33 matches. I transferred to Arkansas State University and finished my career as a 2 time First Team All - Sunbelt award winner. After college, I was an assistant coach at the University of Akron and later became the head coach and teacher at Northwest High School. I led the team to 2 District Championships, 1 Elite 8 Appearance, and the best record in school history in 3 years. I am now a stay at home mom, devout Christian, and run 323. My passion is to teach the highest level of volleyball to young athletes, without compromising faith and family.
